Kralik & Jacobs LLP is a boutique business litigation firm. We are unique in the blend of large firm and in-house experience of our partners, John Kralik and Lois Jacobs. Both John and Lois started their careers with the Wall Street law firm of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, where John was a Partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and Lois was Litigation Counsel. Both have represented Fortune 500 companies in complex business litigation matters, ranging from anti-trust, trade secrets and intellectual property, to products liability and environmental matters, to First Amendment and other constitutional law issues. Each has also handled matters for medium and small sized companies as well as family trusts, individuals and non-profit organizations. They have both practiced extensively in state and federal courts at all levels in California and elsewhere across the country.

This combination of big firm and in-house experience gives Kralik & Jacobs LLP the ability to handle a wide range of business litigation matters while always recognizing the needs of our clients for practical and cost-effective advice. Our size gives us the ability to charge fees that are far less than larger firms in Los Angeles while delivering a “big firm” product and result.

At present we have four full-time lawyers in our firm, including associates Anastasia E. Bessey and Michael Bernard Wilson.
